Four New High-Rise Model Residences At Bonita Bay

The Lutgert Companies has introduced the first four model residences in Tavira at Bonita Bay, its sixth luxury high-rise in the Bonita Springs community. Tavira, which will be completed this fall, will have a 26th-floor rooftop sunset terrace overlooking Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The new model residences, located on the fourth and fifth floors, have gas fireplaces in the great rooms as well as summer kitchens, complete with electric grills and sinks, on screened terraces.
 
Residence 402 has a flexible 3,517-square-foot floor plan with a centrally located kitchen, master and guest suites flanking the main living area and a third bedroom/den, complemented by more than 500 square feet of outdoor space on three terraces. Furniture and finishes by Marc-Michaels Interior Design are included in the $1,966,000 price.

Residence 403 has a spacious master suite with a private, open terrace overlooking Estero Bay and Bonita Beach. The dining room, great room and den share the view, each opening onto a screened terrace with summer kitchen. The guest suite, family room and an open terrace are on the opposite side of the residence. With 3,827 square feet of interior space, the home is priced at $2,162,000, complete with interiors and furnishings by Robb & Stucky Interiors.

Nearly every room in Residence 404 provides views of Estero Bay and neighboring Estero Bay Park. The great room, den and master suite adjoin an open terrace; the guest suite has its own open terrace, and a screened terrace off the family room provides outdoor dining space and a summer kitchen. Gary David Designs provided the interiors and furnishings that are included in the $2,507,000 price of the 4,146-square-foot home.

Residence 501 has two guest suites, making this floor plan perfect for those who enjoy entertaining overnight visitors. The living room, den and master suite adjoin an open terrace, and the dining and family rooms open onto a screened terrace with summer kitchen. The floor plan has 4,064 square feet of indoor space, and terraces add 675 square feet of outdoor area. Collins & DuPont Interior Design used pale blues and greens throughout this home, which has been sold but is available for viewing until the early spring of 2011. This floor plan is available on other floors and is priced from $2,095,000.

The Lutgert Companies has designed Tavira's amenities, including two designer-furnished suites for overnight guests and a manager in residence, to cater to a carefree lifestyle.
