Reason to Go: Part of the family of area restaurants that includes Chops, Yabba Island Grill and Pazzo!, Blue Water Bistro is the latest incarnation located at Coconut Point. Its aqua interior and decor are reminiscent of a waterfront cafe, while outside, the restaurant offers ample seating tucked under sweeping white curtains. On the Menu: As its name suggests, Blue Water Bistro specializes in seafood, and lots of it. Starters range from specialty appetizers such as king crab and lobster potstickers and calamari to a broad selection of cold seafood cocktails. Sushi and a choice of 12 types of grilled fish from around the world round out the entree choices, while non-seafood lovers will find plenty to choose from offerings such as ribs, chicken and burgers.
